GENERAL REGULATIONS

1. ENROLMENT

In order to enrol please send the enrolment form, 2 passport-fotos and the receipt of the payment of the deposit to CILE, Calle Cister 4, E-29015 Málaga. The enrolment will be valid after it has been confirmed by the school.

2. PAYMENT OF FEES

With the enrolment you will have to send a deposit of 60 Euro for the course, and 90 Euro for the lodging. The rest of the school  and accomodation fees must be paid not later than three weeks before the  course starts. Late bookings require immediate payments. These payments should  be made directly to CILE by international Post Order, or by an International Bankcheque, which should be made payable to CILE (payments by international Bankcheque are charged with bank-commission).

3. CANCELLATIONES

An enrolment may only be cancelled by a certified letter or telegram. If the enrolment is cancelled more than three weeks before the  course begins, only the deposit is forfeited. In case of later cancellation the students will receive a 50% refund of course fees less the deposit and accommodation fees paid. Should a student withdraw before the end of the booked course, no  refunds of any kind will be made.

4. ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation are booked from the day before course commencement, 4 p.m., to 12 a.m. of the day after the course ends. In case of an early arrival or a late departure, accommodation - if available- will be charged pro-rate. No refunds will be made in case of later incorporation to the accomodation booked or earlier departure.

The student is responsible for any damages to the apartment, appliances, furniture or other persons. 60 € of the deposit paid will be returnd to the student only upon vacation of the apartment, providing the rooms  and their contents are in comparable condition to move-in.

5. PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

No classes will be held on public holidays. On the day of the grading tests, classes will be held only for the beginner group.

6. INSURANCE

Students are not insured by CILE or the host family against illness, accident, theft or any loss of personal effects. We cannot accept responsability for any accidents during the course, on excursions or group activities. We would advice students to obtain necessary information about medical insurance in their own country.

7. STUDENTS` MAIL

The students` mail during the course may be addressed to the school.

8.VARIOUS

The maximum number of students in the coursegroup ist 8. Nevertheless, the school reserves the right to place, in exceptional cases and for a short time, a 9 th person in the group.

The minimum age of participantes is 16 years.
